1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce (low-sodium recommended)
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley or spring onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Prep the Pork:
Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. Season both sides generously with salt and black pepper.Sear the Chops:
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and sear for 3–4 minutes on each side, until golden brown. Remove from pan and set aside.Make the Sauce:
In the same pan, lower the heat to medium. Add the garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in honey, soy sauce, and vinegar. Let the mixture simmer for 1–2 minutes until slightly thickened.Bring It All Together:
Return the pork chops to the pan. Spoon the sauce over the meat, allowing it to simmer for another 5 minutes until the pork is fully cooked through and glazed in the sticky sauce.Serve & Enjoy:
